We strive to continue developing sisters into Dedicated Female Leaders®. We provide personal and professional opportunities for sisters to enrich their experiences through nationally led programs.

National Convention

Our annual national convention is a forum where sisters from around the U.S. unite to bring culturally diverse perspectives to teach, learn, and reflect amongst each other. During convention, we conduct sorority business, learn about new programs and initiatives, recognize chapter and individual excellence, invest in our own personal and professional development, and most importantly, strengthen the bonds of Everlasting Sisterhood®.

Chapter Led Programming (CLP)

Our chapters participate in the Chapter Excellence Program, which was developed to foster chapter growth and progress will certifying quality performance through a set of operation guidelines and standards. The program ensures our chapters' stability in finances, efficient operations, strong academics, and active community involvement.

3 C's Program

Our chapters promote osteoporosis awareness through a national program called The 3 C’s: Collaboration, Cooperation and Celebration. Each semester, chapters host a three-day event that celebrates and raises funds for our national philanthropy, American Bone Health.

National Mentoring Program

January is National Mentoring Month and in honor of this month, we participate in a mentorship program that aims to connect current collegiate students with alumnae on matters including academics, career, and leadership and personal development.

Our chapter works locally to exemplify our dedication to the virtues and the chapter's goals. Sisters receive opportunities to step up and become leaders in their community. We execute our aspirations through various programs and events.

First-Gen Week

With our local philanthropy of First Generation Students, we celebrate them by having First Gen Week in collaboration with First Generation Nebraska as well as fundraising for the UNL DPhiL First Generation Student Scholarship.

Fall 2022 First Gen Celebration Week included a food drive for UNL Husker Pantry and a celebration event with First Gen Nebraska.

DPhiL Week

In celebration of the sorority, DPhiL week is a week full of events to celebrate the sisterhood of our chapter, raise awareness for our national philanthropy and make connections with the community.

Fall 2022 DPhiL Week took place during November 7-18 with various events such as Bark for Bones, Big Red Resilience & Wellbeing Speaker, Fitness Class, Origami Night, and a Sisterhood event.

Pie-A-Butterfly Fundraiser

In the Spring semester to fundraise for our chapter, we ask the community to donate money and with each donation, a sister of the chapter gets pied. As of 2021, in the past two years, sisters would record videos of themselves getting pied and send it to each donator based on their request.

Mr. Blue Rose

Mr. Blue Rose is our annual male pageant to raise money for our national philanthropy, Osteoporosis Awareness. This event also allows each contestant to for their cause of choice while promoting Osteoporosis Awareness.

The event gathers the community together to support the contestants as they perform various talent performances and answer formal questions to gain the awarded title of "Mr. Blue Rose." This fun event allows male students to represent their campus organization and philanthropic cause at a large-scale event.
